Delivery

We deliver anywhere in South Korea. A florist near your recipient makes the arrangement that day and hands it over in person.
Order before 6 PM Korea time and most gifts arrive the same day. If timing is tight for the area or the item, we'll contact you to confirm.
For weddings, funerals or events, pick the right time rule on the order form (by, ceremony at, event at, arrive at…). "2 PM" means different things to a driver.
Some islands and remote areas carry an extra delivery fee. You'll see it on the order form as soon as you enter the address.
Once delivered, we send you a photo of the arrangement your recipient received.

Before you order

Flowers and plants are living things. Depending on the season and what arrives that morning, some flowers may be replaced with others in the same color family.
Product photos are styled examples. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting.
Wrapping, baskets and pots may be swapped for similar ones depending on supplies.
If the recipient's phone number is wrong or they can't be reached, delivery may be delayed. Please double-check it.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Cancel before we start making it and you get a full refund.
Once the arrangement is being made, the flowers can't be reused, so we can't cancel or refund.
If the gift was damaged in transit or went to the wrong place, we'll send it again. Let us know on the day, with a photo if you can.
To change or cancel, message us in chat right after ordering. That's the fastest way.
